Ekaikaa is a textile retail and wholesale business located in Kochi, Kerala, India. We deal in premium fabrics including silk, cotton, linen, blends, and designer textiles for individual and business customers.

• An order is confirmed only upon acceptance by Ekaikaa and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• For B2B orders, a valid GSTIN must be provided at the time of purchase to avail input tax credit.
• GST-compliant invoices will be issued for all transactions. CGST and SGST/IGST will be clearly itemized as per applicable regulations.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and cash (for in-store purchases).

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Cut fabric or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or significantly different from the order specification.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. GST credit notes will be issued as required.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Ekaikaa and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
