1.Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
2.Non-Exchangeable Items
Cut fabric, custom orders, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
3.How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for exchange.
4.Exchange Process
Exchanges are processed for the same value. If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
